Our Registered Health Information Administrator ensures all coding for OptiMED partners are accurate and compliant with all regulatory bodies. She ensures correct coding is utilized and is consistent with information reported in the operative notes, procedure notes and office visits notes.

She is responsible for accurate and compliant chart audits and reporting what changes are needed for improvement. In addition, she reviews all appeals and denials for accuracy and handles any problems that arise.
